The last individual race in MTBO MS took place around Sports complex Vesec in Liberec. On a very demanding course Martina Tichovska and Russian Anton Foliforov both added a second gold medal to their collection from these Championships. Russian Svetlana Poverina and the representative of the Finland Jussi Laurila won the silver medal. Cecilia Thomasson (SWE) and Italian racer Lucas Dallavalle took the bronze.
Although the Czech male competitors have not reached the medal this time, three positions in the top ten (5. Hradil, 6. Pospíšek, 10.Stránský) confirmed the good form and ambition for tomorrow’s relay race.
Thanks to junior Václav Šňupárek has the Czech Republic gained one more silver medal.
