Event office and accreditation process

Event office will be located on the first floor of HOTEL ARENA***

Adress – Jeronýmova 570/22, 460 07 Liberec,

GPS – 50°45’14.482″N, 15°2’54.488″E

The way to the Event office will be signed from all directions. See also the maps below.

Event office opening hours

  • Saturday 15 August – 10:00 – 22:00
  • Sunday 16August – 9:00 – 21:00
  • Monday 17 August – 9:00 – 19:00
  • Tuesday 18 August – 16:00 – 19:00
  • Thursday 20 August – 10:00 – 12:00, 17:00 – 19:00
  • Friday 21 August – 17:00 – 19:00

There will be also Event office at the Competition centers, opening hours will be published in Bulletin 4.

TEAM ACCREDITATION PROCESS

One Team Official should collect the accreditation for the whole team. As part of this process, the team members’ passports must be shown to prove the nationality and full passport-holding citizenship of the country of their Federation (Rule 6.2).

Each team will get a WMTBOC 2015 information/material pack from the Event office after accreditation, to include:

  • Bulletin 4 for all team members. Bulletin 4 will be the most important source of Competition information for teams. This information will be complemented by Team Officials’ Meetings;
  • SIAC (SI active card) for all competitors
  • Accreditation cards
  • Model event maps for all team members
  • Lunch tickets (if this service has been pre-booked)
  • Banquet bracelets (if the banquet tickets have been pre-booked)
  • Parking cards
  • Tourist brochures and maps
